Welcome to Sing Clifton!

Hello all and welcome to Sing Clifton! We are a fun and friendly Bristol based choir; we sing a variety of music and rehearse from 7-9pm on Thursday evenings in a variety of places around Clifton from St Paul's Church to The Hill pub and a variety of living rooms. The 'About Us' page gives you more details, including a map showing you where we rehearse. We are run by a committee; take a look at the committee page to see the current committee and what the different roles are responsible for.

The next rehearsal and social information can be found to the right, with past and future details available on the 'Rehearsals' and 'Socials' pages. Rehearsals are weekly and usually follow the same format; We start promptly at 7 with warm-ups and finish at 9 with a 15 minute break in the middle.

You can only view the 'Lyrics' and 'MP3s and Videos' pages if you are registered to the site as a member of the choir and are logged in; please use the Register/Login buttons above. Rehearsal Information - 18th Rehearsal

It would be great if as many people as possible can come along to auditions for solos/duets/small groups to be supportive and clap etc. Please arrive at 6.10pm to have a little mini warm up before auditions start 6.15-6.40. We'll then have a break, chat, general mingle until proper warm ups at 7pm.

First half of this week is Blue Skies - this is a super duper tricky nightmare so please do have a little run through every couple of days so that you don't forget it :) We'll do the ending and then perfect the whole thing :) It was sounding brilliant this week and last week though so yey! Keep going!

Second half we'll go over: Stand By Me and then men can head home and the women will sing Gonna Wash That Man Right Outta My Hair :)

Social Information - EUROVISION Gathering of AWESOME

You are all invited to join Sarah for her annual Eurovision Gathering of Awesome. Sarah will provide some cake and other nibblies but feel free to bring some tasty things and some drinks or whatever you fancy :)

Scoring will be based on the traditional Sarah system of good use of elbows, extra points for hats, loads of points for sparkliness etc etc.

This years competition is very exciting as our entry is Engelbert Humperdinck so we're definitely going to win...
